Spanish homes just for you

We went to many Spanish Property exhibitions but found some of them were "hard sell" we knew we wanted to buy but did not want to be put under any pressure. By chance we passed a local hotel and saw that there was an exhibition being run by "Spanish Homes Just For You" so we popped in.

We met a very warm and friendly man who spent time listening to us and discussing our requirements - he was the first man who we felt was interested in us as a couple. A few weeks later, we went off to meet his Business Partner Tim Baldwin at the Spanish Office in La Zenia. Within a day or so, we had found our dream home at Royal Park Spa in Lomas de Cabo Roig. It is true to say that all the staff involved have been totally friendly, professional and I have not felt at all under pressure, they made the whole experience as stress free as possible.

We completed a few months ago and to be honest the aftercare is just as important to us as we have found we still have a few questions and queries after completion, well I can say that they have again surpassed my expectations post - sale they are equally as good.

I could absolutely 100% recommend Tim, Mandy, Liz and all the staff at "Spanish Homes Just For You" if you are thinking of buying on the Costa Blanca. They are a family run company who have customer service at the heart of their operation - unlike the competition.

We would both like to express our appreciation to all the staff of Spanish Homes Just For You. All the staff have guided us every step of the way in order for us to purchase our dream home in the sun. We found the staff to be professional, honest and very knowledgeable, giving us sound advice at every stage of the purchase and nothing was too much trouble. We would also like to congratulate the "After sales" staff in furnishing our apartment in record time so that Ste could holiday in our brand new apartment, we are truly grateful.

I just wanted to take a little time out to send you an email regarding the work Jamie has been doing while looking after my property. To be honest, the guy has been fantastic!! Paul was blown away with the customer service Jamie offered during his stay (he said it was second to none) and I am getting similar reports back from Phil, my friend currently staying in my apartment. Both have said he's been an absolute pleasure to deal with - Thank you!!

Also, just a quick word to thank Matt - he came up with the goods and managed to arrange a six month let, which was great news for me - again thank you! The service your company has offered from going through the process of buying the property (yourself, Tim, Ian and Charlie) to the after sales support from Liz, Matt and Jamie has been first class!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much. When we locked ourselves out last Sunday night we thought we were doomed to a night on the pavement.... But you came out at 8.30pm stayed with us, even though you ate most of our food (only joking).... you organised the locksmith and went to our apartment to wait for him. While we stayed at the restaurant and finished our meal. At gone 23.30 you returned with keys and a smile that cheered our very tired 3 year old right up... We both feel your help was above and beyond the call of duty and would like you to know just how much we appreciated it. I have also spoken to Steve and told him how helpful you have been.

The Boothes' Spanish Experience
On approaching retirement age we dreamt of buying an apartment in Spain for use by our family and friends. The five of us established a specification and budget but had no idea on location, or even a means of achieving it.
After meeting Tim we were hopeful, but still a little sceptical, that it could become a reality. A one-week holiday was booked through 'Spanish homes just for you' for the last week in June 06. We spent 3 days being escorted around in two new cars on a one-to-one basis looking at suitable properties and locations. (This is not to mention the time out we spent sampling the various areas and facilities).

Although 'Spanish homes' had a full itinerary planned for us we called a halt to proceedings as we had seen the property most closely fitting our requirements. We then spent the rest of the time visiting the solicitor, bank, obtaining NIE numbers and furniture shops etc (again, not to mention further exploration of the area and facilities, also through the good offices of 'Spanish homes'). We then departed back to England leaving matters in the capable hands of 'Spanish homes'.
Could we have managed without the advice, expertise or our involvement with 'Spanish homes'? We don't think so. Not for one day have any of us regretted our purchase or our involvement with 'Spanish homes'. We have found them to be knowledgeable, professional, honest and helpful in the extreme. They are proud of their reputation, careful in their choice of staff and thoroughly nice people. (As Tim and Mandy are originally from Yorkshire, no doubt this should have been anticipated anyway).
